Telehealth

Our telehealth services at Chandler Psychiatry allow us to reach patients wherever they are, providing secure, reliable and accessible care. With our easy to use telehealth platform, we provide the same level of care as we do in-person, from the comfort and safety of your home. Our compassionate approach, combined with the latest technology, ensures that our patients receive quality care every time. We strive to make the process of attending appointments as simple as possible, removing all obstacles in the way of a healthier life.

OCD

Obsessive-compulsive behavior can make living life very difficult and is commonly misunderstood by the public. Symptoms vary but can center around fears of germs, sickness, or death. Other symptoms include intrusive or repeated unwanted thoughts and disturbing or repetitive behavior. These behaviors can be gradual or sudden and require therapy and medication to reach remission. Only 1 in 5 people with OCD will recover on their own, so finding individualized treatment is so important to your lifelong recovery.

Depression

Depression can be an overwhelming experience, but it does not have to be a lifelong struggle. With the right treatment and support, you can take back control of your life and find joy once again. At our mental health practice, we offer personalized therapy and medication treatment plans that are evidence based to treat depression. We take a solution-focused approach to your recovery, so you can feel empowered and make meaningful progress towards your goals.

Parenting

Do you remember the book “What to Expect When You’re Expecting”? Well, now what? Parenting is complex, ever-changing, and very difficult, but raising emotionally and physically healthy children starts with the parents. At Chandler Psychiatry, parents are given tools to attune and connect with their children to provide a healthy structured environment where your child or teenager will thrive in their unique stage of development. I follow evidence-based research from Dr. Siegel, Dr. Bryson, Dr. Gabor Mate, and Andy Crouch, author of “The Tech Wise Family” to help you navigate your unique circumstance.

PostPartum

Post Partum Mood Disorder is more than just the 'baby blues'. It's a real and common condition that affects 1 in 5 new moms. Hormonal and lifestyle changes can trigger depression, anxiety, or OCD during or after pregnancy. Our mental health clinic offers a range of treatments including psychotherapy and a personalized medications to help you feel better and return to your normal life. Don't suffer in silence – reach out to us today.
